Technical Settings not saved

Every time i need to do the setting, when i start the wow. Win 11 !
I looked other topics, and its said to change " read only ", but i cant find it in win11 :/

Double right mouse click on folder if you still have that one setting on Win 11 where right mouse click isn't showing the usual options.

Go to Warmane folder->WTF-> right click Config.wtf->properties->Uncheck read only and apply.
