I submitted a bug regarding RDF and it was marked as 'Dismissed' with no other comments or information.
What is the procedure to escalate or have it reviewed again?

Considering the number of recent bug reports regarding the RDF maybe there is an issue there that needs to be looked instead of summarily dismissed?
Since the Warmane staff has scripted some text in game to request players to report bugs in the bugtracker maybe they could take 5 seconds to respond to each bug report with a simple comment. For example "We know", "we don't care", "duplicate". "We need more info, please provide steps to reproduce.", etc.
Maybe you should review and research these details before responding to every post requesting help with unconstructive and unhelpful information.
Not a single word about this happening on the forum, which is where people would be the first place flock to complain about it. I'm not convinced this is widespread, if even a bug to begin with.
There are few RDF bug reports, mainly dismissed/duplicate reports of a bug report that's "Fixed."
Did you do your research on how RDF queue works? Constructive information doesn't always need to be affirmative. I prefer not to lie and say "yeah, it's a bug" when it may not actually be so.
