I recently received a response from GM Aldtharios stating that my ban has been lifted. However, I am still unable to log into the game. When I try to access my account, I am met with a message saying the account is locked, and on the website, it shows as "terminated IP."

I am unable to open a new ticket under Ban Appeal since the ban has already been lifted according to the GM. Could you please advise me on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?
