Character unable to progress

I died on "Theexiled" in the starting zone for DK's during The Battle of Lights Chapel. When I resed I fell thru the world and died again from the fall into the unknown. Then it put me as a ghost that was unable to accept a res. So I used character stuck on the Character Services here on the website. Now my character is back in Acherus and it's completely empty. There is no way to get back down to finish the quest and continue the story line.

Major bug!

Please help!

Unless you find some way down you're going to need a GM to help. Since you've already opened a ticket there isn't much you can do besides wait.
