WotLK Why mix pve and pvp servers

If BG's are supposedly tiered, why can't arenas be? Why do I get s8 folks while I'm in frostsavage

theres no pve server on crossrealm pvp. theres x1 rate pvp realm, x7 rate pvp realm, and instant pvp realm.
u chose to play in a server which requires u to progress, if u think doing arena with frostsavage set against others feels unfair then pick the instant pvp realm to skip the progression. or just keep grinding like the rest of players, u'll be in the same tier with people who play longer than u eventually.

it's not the same having no access to sub s8 weapons for example compared to blackrock
not to mention higher rate of Arena points farming and gatekeep for raids on Icecrown
