Recently started leveling on Icecrown, first time playing wotlk and private server for that matter. Is there anywhere where I can get a hold of a solid UI for warlocks that I can start out with and a list of addons to download. Just hit lvl 70 so heading to northrend next. What should I focus on while leveling to help myself in the long run at 80.

I'd try to get few of the Northrend reputations to Honored/Revered. Once at later levels, those factions' quartermasters will sell you some items. Something you could utilize to upgrade those items that haven't gotten upgraded during levels 75-80. In general, Honored for level 78 items, ilvl 187. Revered for level 80 items, ilvl 200. Exalted for 200 ilvl epics. Some factions offer head/shoulder enchants.

In terms of UI/addons. I could recommend ElvUI if you want more modern look. It takes a bit to set everything, but it's worth it once you have basic profile to build from.
More generalist/recommended addons: Deadly Boss Mods, Atlasloot, GearScore, Skada/Details/Recount of your choice.
