Burning Crusade My character didnt cap arena points this week

No clue where do i've to open ticket for this but one of my characters didnt cap this week but did arenas :|

Members of an arena team receive arena points each week if 1) the arena team they belong to has played at least 10 games and 2) they have participated in at least 30% of all games played by the team.

I know, did more then 10 games with 100% games played on the team
