Returning player starting fresh on lord

How is the population on each side? Who does more wpvp vs pve? Last but not least which one is more noob friendly?! Thanks!

You can check the relative population of each faction during your normal hours on the information page. I don't have any personal experience for your other questions but you might have better luck getting an answer in the Lordaeron section.

It's fun, 1x rates makes gear upgrades somewhat meaningful while leveling and you get to experience all of the content before northrend, wpvp is almost non existent but you can still **** around in popular zones. Pugs arent hard to get to so you can pve even if you dont have a guild, bgs have relatively long queues even though they're cross realm. Most of population is weed addicted losers that have played this game for decades but are still trash, most of population is decent and not toxic. I'd say play it super casually, realm is old and population is declining constantly, most new characters are alts so people mostly rush 80 while sitting in rdfq.
