Technical cant log in

so once again i write here for help.
due to the new authentication system a cant log into my account, becouse my email has been hacked. I wrote email as you suggested me here like 5 times by now, and it has been like 9 months since i send my first email and no response yet. I dont know what else i could do i dont even know why i write here anymore but i will give it 1 more last try. if anyone knows what i could be doing wrong please help me.
