Site reserved and new coins

I bought a character for 30 coins. I have 25 coins that will be stored for 3 days and can be used. All good for now.
I'm going to deposit another 33 coins (30€).
My question is: can I use those 33 coins immediately, or will they be "joined" with the 25 coins that can't be used for 3 days?

It should be only Coins you get from other players that get locked, as a security measure, so thieves who steal them can't shuffle them around multiple accounts to make it more annoying to trace them. They are also only locked from being used with other players, in Gifting and Trade, not the Market and Services. Coins you get straight from donations you make should be all usable as far as I'm aware.
