hi i buy warglaive of azzinoth in the store off warmane for 16 coins i thinking I could transmogrify it but I can't because it's a legendary item which I didn't understand and I spent 16 coins is there any way to refund this item?

Then you will have to wait for them to answer your email, but it's possible that you don't have a right to a refund.

Just fyi, you can transmogrify legendaries, but you need a Scroll of Illusion to do so.

If you have an item eligible to be refunded, the ticket option shows, Premium or not as far as I'm aware, since you can get Coins gifted.
If it isn't showing it more than likely had already been past 24 hours when you tried.
