    I done everything u said..

    Hello to everyone, i made an Ban Appeal, and few days ago i spoke to an GM and he told me i should do a website "support" ticket, the thing is i'm unavallible to do that cause few years ago i made 2 same tickets and i'm i don't have permission to do support tickets from account i'm banned atm.

    So the GM told me make an Ban Appeal thru the email " [email protected] " and i done everything like he said, today i got answer on my email :

    "We do not review account ban appeals within this email.

    If you wish to appeal your ban then please long on our Homepage with your banned account and then sumbit a ban appeal through a support ticket. "

    I already wrote in that email that i'm not avallible to do the support ticket from website and he answered me this.. I'm waiting alrdy 5-6 days for an answer and still not getting it..

    The account is banned due to advertising, so let me explain here also like i did in my email.

    Few days ago i logged in, a guy invited me randomly in the group, there was more random players, he sent us an website adress link, i copied the link and whisped my irl friend which is playing with me everyday and asked him what is that, he told me do not enter it could be a scam, ofcourse i did not enter. After hour or two i tried to log my account to do a raid with my guild and the account was locked, i logged into website and there was red text " The account is banned due to advertising " i did nothing wrong i swear.

    Dear staff, please try to help me, give me some answer, i can't play alrdy few days and i'm an Guild master in our guild on a character which is in that account.

    There's no helping you. Your actions got you banned from using Support and their tickets, and you need a Support Ticket to get unbanned. The email is meant for issues that can't be solved with a ticket, like non-Premium accounts that don't have access to General Inquiry tickets to get help with a lost email, for example. It was never meant to be a workaround when you manage to get banned from using Support Tickets. What you are experiencing now are the consequences of your actions "a few years ago."
