Technical Please help me understand why I was banned.

I’m asking for help from all players and support to help me understand the reason for my ban.

I found out that my account was banned for the reason:
"Your account has been terminated due to Bot."

But I have never used any bots — I’m absolutely sure of that.

I submitted an appeal, but due to being emotional, I wrote it in a disorganized and unclear way, which likely led to the rejection.

Later, with a cooler head, I started thinking about what could have caused the ban.

Again, I have never used bot programs.

I remembered that I recently changed my internet provider and also accessed the game using a mobile hotspot from my phone.
Could this have triggered the ban somehow?

After more thinking, I wondered if maybe some addon I used is not allowed.

Please, if anyone understands this topic, help me figure out if any of them are forbidden.

I’m particularly suspicious about the addon "Auctionator" — it makes searching and buying items on the Auction House easier and faster. Other players recommended it to me.
(Just before getting banned, I bought around 500 lots on the AH.)
Could this have triggered the ban?

I also use the addon "Postal", also recommended by other players.
(It lets you open all mail items with one click in sequence.) But I was in a hurry and kept clicking to open all 500 auction mails non-stop — could that activity have looked like botting?

I’m devastated. I have one main character on my account whom I leveled and played with for a long time. I’ve never used any third-party software — only addons — and still, I got banned.

I already failed one ban appeal due to being too emotional, and now I’m afraid I’ve lost my characters forever.

The worst part is — I have no idea what I was banned for.
There’s no real explanation — I know I didn’t use a bot, but Warmane says I did.

Now I’m in a completely powerless position — no one tells me what exactly I did wrong.
I’m afraid to even start playing again — what if my IP is blacklisted, or some addon I use is forbidden?
Will I just get banned again and lose another character?

Lastly, I swear I have never used any botting programs.
That’s why I’m confused, frustrated, and desperate.

I’m using AI to help me translate things more accurately, but it made a mistake.

I have 10 characters, and I play all of them from time to time.

Please try to consider the fact that one would have to be a complete fool to risk losing 10 characters by using a bot. I never even had such a thought.

Anyway, I’ll be grateful to anyone who is willing to help me with their opinion or advice.

either you used a banned IP (VPN) or you botted.

No add-on would lead to a botting ban, and an IP ban would still let you login to the game whenever it changed (only the webpage would still leave you banned). Writing an appeal "emotionally" wouldn't lead to it getting rejected either, the evidence registered for the ban would still be looked at. For the appeal to get rejected, you are well aware of what led to that. Walls of text claiming innocence or ignorance won't change the facts.
