I'm coming back to wow after many years of not playing and I couldn't find clear answear to my question, so I'm asking here. I know that it's possible to swap weapon / shield while in combat, but what I'm curious about is:
1. Is it possible on world pvp / battlegrounds to swap armor (especially trinkets) after dropping combat (like shadowmeld / vanish / feign death)?
2. If so is it allowed on arenas?
3. If so does it reset mana / energy / any stacks of skills (like seal of vengeance)?
4. After swapping is there any 30 sec cooldown on trinkets that doesn't need to be activated but rather have proc chance on hit / cast (like Sharpened Twilight Scale or Deathbringer's Will)?
"4. It won't proc for 30 seconds, I belive. Same as the use effect CD. "
Actually, it trigger the ICD of the trinket when you equip it (same when you load the game/change area). Meaning, for DBW you will have 1mn30sec ICD, PNL would be 1mn40, CTS 45sec, tailoring cloak enchant 60sec, ICC reput ring 60sec, etc...
If you have a WA that tracks your trink proc, it will show 30sec on trink swa, but it is not accurate. You can test it on dummy, swap trink, and try to make them proc, you'll see it will only proc after the trinket ICD timer is gone. Same with relog.
