WotLK Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade not showing on vendor (Duchess Mynx)

Hello, I’m playing on Icecrown (Horde), character name Gotzer.

I’m currently Revered with Knights of the Ebon Blade, and I have completed all the required quests at The Shadow Vault, including “The Shadow Vault” quest. However, the mount “Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade” is not available in Duchess Mynx’s vendor list.

I have enough gold, completed the quests, and unlocked the base, but the mount is missing.

Could you please check if this is a bug or if I’m missing something?
