This is getting out of hand. I can't go anywhere in the open world and do anything without getting killed by horde 2 or 3 on 1. I can go leveling, farming, helping lowbies, questing, and I will always get trailed by a bunch of hordes. I thought at first okay...okay....maybe the problem is me. So I got better at PvP. I did arena, I did a lot BGs, I got gear. So it got to a point where I'm okay with fighting 2 at once or on rare occassions handle 3 at once but dear lord, even if I win, they come back in under a minute with double the amount they were before. If I miraculously find another alliance player running around then I can do a 2v2 back to back. The 2 dead hordes become 2 new dead hordes, then they become 4 hordes, then it can become a whopping 8 or even 9 hordes flying around camping me and whoever it was that died with me. At that point I would be stupid to even try to fight back. And don't get me started on the alt-tabbers. There is an insane amount of alt-tabbers out there. What they do is they attack you with 1 char, then after you kill it, they will alt-tab to a fresh char and finish you off after wasting your HP & cooldowns. One time I saw some random rogue get ganged on by 2 hordes. This rogue was just running around skinning. So what did I do? I helped out. It was an obvious 2v2. Arguably our gear levels are the same, but the hordes clearly had more high end gear. We beat them, then lo and behold they came back with a fresh, alt-tabbed version of the same set of classes & specs, but with an even higher level of gear than the previous 2 we beat, so what happened then? We beat them too, and then at this point we were running on fumes when they came back with ANOTHER alt-tabbed same exact version of the same classes & specs but this time they clearly had jacked gear. At this point a bunch of alliance players happened to show up one after another, even though they had crap gear, we ended up winning anyway. So what did these hordes do? They logged on a multiboxer alt with 3 BRAND NEW friends of theirs. How do I even know they were the same person? Because THEY KEPT WHISPERING NONSENSE TO ME using some random alliance alt of theirs. Some of these hordes are clearly doing something they're not supposed to be able to do. I'm talking me having anti-tracking on either with a potion or with a hunter's aspect of the beast turned on. No priest is mind visioning me, no hunter's mark is on me. I'm not even in any parties for anybody to give away my location. Being clearly visually invisible, and I'm talking about being shrunk down, hidden in leaves, or in a house, or in the treetops. There is just no way you can ever know I would be in these places hiding for just a moment of peace, unless you come close enough for my nameplate to pop up, but no, these hordes the moment they phase into the zone I am in, would beeline straight ahead into my direction. And this has happened countless times! By the same exact multiboxers. How is that even possible?
It got me thinking, shouldn't all these problems magically go away if the factions are more balanced? If it's balanced, then these freaks would fight each other instead of ganging up on me as groups of 5-7 hordes all the time. There are even multiboxer horde rogues in the classic world zones, doing 5x shadow dances on every alliance player they see. Who can survive that?
