WotLK Question about solo queue 3v3

Can you only queue solo queue alone or can you do it with 1 partner or 2 partner?

I assume only yourself hence the name "solo queue"

You can also queue as "duoqueue" with 1 extra partner. When you win you get the same + rating you would get when playing soloqueue but when you lose you lose 2x the rating than if you played solo. I'm pretty sure it's like this!

Does it share the same rating as solo 3v3 queue, or are they seperate teams? ty for response!!

Also i didn't see an option at vendor for "duoqueue"
