I have a ticket with a cd of 20+ days, I want to know why I have a ban on my account and it doesn't even say when I'll be unbanned, I've asked many people, and they've been given a ban for 5-7 days, but I still have a ban, even though it's my first ban on warmane

The ban reason is displayed in the “My Account” section, along with the duration of the ban:

To appeal for the unban you visit Support tab => Create Ticket => Category (Ban Appeal)

there is nothing else waiting for ticket reply you can do.
