Technical account recovery

Hello, sorry for doing this ticket , but i have no idea how to contact with support for account recovery.i had an account few years ago , possibly the last year i logged in was around 2019.
My main character was a mage blood elf female called Dixy in guild Blood Oath. I can provide you videos aswell if you want to identify the account .Tho i dont have access on the mail i used for this account cz i lost my old phone number. Is there any possibility we could recover that account ? if you need more info i could provide you more.. Or more names from the characters in the account. I tried to find the characters from the armory but since i didnt log for long time i cant find them. Anyone can help ?

Based on what you said "I possibly last logged in back in 2019" ,it’s very likely that your characters were deleted due to the inactivity cleanup. Unfortunately, there’s no way to recover characters removed for that reason.(Unless your account is premium)
