Hello,
I have the possibility to play wow on my job (i work nightshifts) but i need to use vpn to login
yesterday i opened my vpn (windscribe) and ingame it said my account was lock and could be unlocked
i changed the vpn ip adress and i could login without problem
but on the site (even on my own ip without vpn) it still says Your IP Address (XXXXXXXXXXX) has been terminated due to Advertising and it isn't my IP adress it is still the one from the windscribe location..
i tried to open a ticked but it says i can't because i have a ban xD
can this please be fixed?

Thx, it indeed tells about the vpn issue.
didn't know vpn wasn't allowed though :s never seen that anywhere. i mainly play wow at work and not at home so that would be bad news i guess...

vpn are allowed. The problem is, as Obnoxious explained, that almost all free-vpn have been used to break rules. So those specific IP have been banned
So if you pay for a legit vpn it would be fine
(meanwhile contact [email protected] to remove the ban from the website)

I don't know if it's because of the VPN. I don't use hacking either. Please reconsider.

Send an email to the address provided above, explaining that you have done nothing wrong but that you rely on a vpn.
