Lordaeron Bugged Quests

Hello Folks,

I am a new player here and my character is on Lordaeron. I have encountered 2 bugged quests so far:

(Stormwind City) - Infiltrating the Castle - Almost the end of the first Defias chain... Tyrion's spybot is never there and there is no way to turn the quest in...
(Bloodmyst Isle) - Saving the Princess - I have the key for the cage, but the cage is permanently open, so there is no way to free her...

Is there any kind of support for this type of thing?

If you come across any issues you'd like to report then check our bug tracker to see if it's already reported. If it's not reported then add one. But if you run into a quest that stops you from doing a core part of the game, paladin/warrior/warlock class quests for example, then you can open an in-game GM ticket for assistance, too.
