Forum Character Gone?

Hello folks,

My Brother and me have been inactive for a veeery long time (multiple years) and we just managed to find our accounts and wanted to start playing again.
Now, we both ended with our Chars being Level 73, but his Char is still available (without his name), while my account seems to be wiped?

Is any admin here who can see, if my character can be restored? Also, why was only my char deleted? :(

If your account has been inactive for over one year and does not have premium , your characters may have been deleted due to Warmane's Inactivity Cleanup.
This is an automated server action and cannot be reversed.
Your brother can try using his old character name if it's still available. If not, he’ll need to choose a new one, as the original might have been taken by someone else.

But doesnt that only apply to characters that are low level?

Also, i just found out that this account i am using right here is not the one with the level 73 char on it lol....
But i cant manage to log in to the other account, i forgot the password and the password is bound to an email i have no longer access to.
Is there any chance that i can get access to this lost account? I do have the account name, but nothing more x_x
