Naxx lasted about four months. A November release would put Sunwell and arena season 4 at only two months which is a little short. I don't think they would do a late December release cause of holidays? So I would guess January.

I believe the Feast of Winter Veil should happen on the Wotlk expansion.

Perhaps they start pre-phase in December, but the Nax will be opened in January

I don't think they would miss the opportunity of having wotlk drop by Christmas, but who knows.

Sunwell will come in late September. I highly doubt that we will have Sunwell for only 2 months.
My bet is that Wotlk will be released in late december or in january.
