Why does the server crash EVERY single day at 8:40 or 8:45 AM ST? Every single god's day it crashes at this particular time. Why?

Maybe it's just a problem that affects some players locally based on the provider they use.

All people in my raid VOA 25 were off, the drop inside of Frost Boss was lost. So we wasted VOA 25 ID because of these daily crashes. It literally happens every single day. Every single day.

The server doesn't crash every day . at worst, it happens once or twice a week. However, since you know when the crash happen, you might want to avoid scheduling raids during that period of time.
Also, keep in mind that Warmane doesn't restore lost items, including boss loot. The only exceptions are items purchased with coins, which may be eligible for recovery.

O yeah, I've noticed that too, it happend yesterday at around 8:40 EET and then today, it also happened, exactly at 8:50 and not only once, like it did yesterday, but the server crashed 2 times at this exact hour. The continuity is really interesting and somewhat funny, i don't know if anyone else besides you and me have noticed, but i would love to know whats the reason behind this.

It's almost on daily basis. Around 8AM ST - 8:20AM ST you experience a crash. It's literally like on daily basis. I was off for a few weeks, however each time I was playing the game at that time, I refused to create any raid as it happened to me already. Imagine all people lose loot from VOA25 because of that daily crash at that time. It does not crash at 11AM, 3PM, 5PM, it crashes exactly in this time radius 8AM-8:30AM ST
Now look what's going on today. First crash at 8:08AM, second crash 8:19AM, 8:23AM third crash. Is it just a coincidence? Again at this time there are crashes. It's exactly the time of crashes. 8 AM Hell

So far there has been no intervention in this discussion by the developers or others on their team.
So, either it's an issue that affects the individual despite everything the raid has lost the loot, or they are aware of it and are trying to do something.
In any case, they shouldn't say something like:
. "yes, we know about the issue"
or
- "there is no problem with the server, it is something that only concerns the player".
