Lordaeron My Account is suspended

Hello,

My account was suspended about an hour ago, and I haven’t received any explanation. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this or clarify the reason behind the suspension.

I had just logged in for the first time in a week, briefly checked my in-game inbox, then logged out. When I tried to log in again shortly after, I found that I was unable to access my account.

Upon checking the website, I saw the following message:

"Your IP address (****) has been terminated due to Advertising."

This is confusing, as I haven’t engaged in any kind of advertising or behavior that would violate the rules. Could an admin please review this situation? I believe this may have been a mistake.

Do you use a free VPN?
If yes you landed on a banned IP. Disable the VPN or change to a different IP (and hope it's not a banned one either) and log in again.
