As the title says, Make Gurubashi arena a tenacity area. Allinace 80 men premade is abusing its numbers in order to guard arena 24 / 7 and then sell their chest service to you for 150 000 gold. So if you want to get achievement you have to pay their guild leader 150 000 gold.
Solution is simple, make area around arena a sanctuary like Shatrah and give it tenacity so that one faction cant farm it all day long.
