What is the correct way to report

Ok, i have been playing here since the molten days and even during the past 5 years i have donated thousands of euros to the server, thats just a preface to say i love the server and have been actively supporting it for many many years. Lately i have been back playing some tbc for fun and noticed a certain player with multiple accounts leeching bg, afking and avoiding idle detection. I have reported him via in game ticket but seen no response whatsoever, so i brought some attention on the forum. And instead of a response i get a warning, the second happening on this account after one same incident on 2021 when i just want a better experience for the players sharing this awesome experience.

Tell me, how can i bring attention to bots and scripters as a premium player who has given both money, love and time to this server. Its very frustrating coming home from 10 hours of work and instead of being able to enjoy some bgs you get an afking wannabe multiboxer leeching and evading detection, and after you try and take time to make the experience better to the rest of the players you get a warning instead of thanks...

Imagine how it feels when someone who has been playing here for years blatantly breaks Forum rules and tries to throw a pity party when it has the expected consequences. The correct way to report is part of the information included in the Warning.
