like in-game GM tickets? depends on season activity, realm, server time. can be anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours.
(they "typically" also dont message you directly for in-game assistance. like a regular blizzard Gamemaster would when answering a ticket. if you've been playing for 10h straight. log off, touch grass. in my personal opinion, if you have a ticket open for hours but can still play, ur ticket is not important enough for me to answer quickly. no idea how warmane views that)
email support because of payment issues or account being compromised. relatively quick. less than 10 hours.
