Technical Can't use Barracks

Hi. I'm either stupid or I'm not using the Barracks correctly.

- You currently have 10/10 active characters.
- You currently have 10/10 total characters on Icecrown.

When I untick any amount of characters and click save, I get the following message
- You must have 10 characters active on a standard account.

I remember using the Barracks before on this account at some point, is bypassing the 10 character limit only reserved for the VIP accounts?

Looks like it, because the limit on my account is 18.
