VPN is Illegal on warmane?

Hey guys, yesterday i got banned all my 5 account due Cheating Violation.
Since 1 week i started use Proton VPN cause i work on cruse ship and i stop using my hotspot cause my phone buttery nearly dead.
And the ship wifi have unable to acces ytube,steam,download and join to wow server also. And we travel 6 country every 2 weeks so very dificult to play the vpn is very good choose for me.
So i download Proton VPN, and buy premium version and work fine everything, since yesterday i got bann all my acc.
I wrote an ticket still no react.
Someone have also this problem?
