Technical Characters missing after a long time away

Hi,

I haven't played for a long time (2-3 years), but now I want to play again. I was able to login, but my characters were gone.
Only my main character was still here, but with a strange name (C354153-135) or something like that) and a prompt I had to change my name.
When I try to change the server, I could see 4 characters on Lorderon, but when I closed the screen and checked again, it only said 1.

If I check my local map, I can still find the other 3 characters under "World of Warcraft 3.3.5a (no install)WTFAccountARAKANTOS90Lordaeron"
But when I open my game again, they aren't here.

Is there any way to get them back? All my heirlooms are gone and I'd hate to grind for them again...
