Technical Cant Log in US

i was playing this morning and got Disconnected and now every time i try to log in its gets stuck on "Logging in to game server" is anyone else in the US experiencing the same?

Helo friends, i have the same problem, im on Venezuela, with a private connection service and it seems like got a IP problem, i reach to "logging on the game server" but no further, make a prove with a VPN and its fine connection, aparently its a problem with the IP on my service provider, how can i get a solution?
my public IP its 190.94.213.67, can you check if this IP are on your Blacklist?

I've been unable to log in for about 48 hours (stuck at realm selection), my "Account status: In good standing" btw...

Hello. I'm from Bulgaria and I've had the same problem for 4-5 days. I tried everything - I even went as far as deleting the game and downloading it again. I took the laptop to a friend to check it out and with his wi-fi connection I was able to enter the game without any problems. So I called my service provider and asked to change the IP address. When they changed it, the problem immediately disappeared and I no longer have problems. Try it too

Unfortunately, the staff here like to act as though their servers are perfect and nothing can go wrong, instead blaming the users for any connection issues.

At one point, even Cloudflare, a service they pay for, was unable to connect to their servers, bringing down the forums for weeks in some regions. My reward for reporting this to the admins? I had my privileges revoked and my account restricted. They have even tried gaslighting me, despite me having screenshots to prove otherwise.
