Any advive on hot wo catch a ninja?

How do I report a ninja in such scenario:

- I win the roll but the RL pass the item to his friend and ignores me...

or

- RL disconnects with the loot?

Is it possible to prove sth like this or have we just found a new way? :D

The scenario where raid leader disconnects with loot often times they change names. Add them to your friends list and it will show their name after they change it.
