Technical Dead spot on screen

On the right side of my gameplay screen I have a dead spot where I can't click or open anything etc......the best I can tell its a rectangular area, I have no addons or anything, I've tried every video setting and it's always there. Would this be something in my hardware or something in the game? I am pretty tech savvy person and I can't figure out why this is happening. It's extremely annoying....

Type this in chat:

It will let you see names of objects under your mouse cursor. It might help with identifying the rectangle.

Dude, you saved me. I was so *** tired of this ****, but /framestack helped me. The fun part is that rhelper was messing right at my new character model and I couldn't even loot (cause corpses are often right under ur feet), but there were no issues with my old characters. Framestack command showed my that this addon is the only difference between my "unclickable" area and the other environment. Thank u a lot!
