What classes needs the least amount of PVE gear for PVP?

As the title says, what classes/specs needs minimal amount of pve gear to perform well in PVP?

Warlock would be good. Still needs PvE rings and trinkets to do well tho.
Boomkin is kinda similar. Still needs a good PvE trinket and ring. Can use wrathful ring tho and full wrathful gear and offset.

Actually casters and healers I think in general work well with mostly pvp gear.

Melee classes: frost dk since you need a **** ton of resi and mutilate rogue for the same reason

spell casters bad idea imo. they almost all need ****ton of haste.
