[Addon] TellMeWhen WotLK, a modern backport, is finally here!

This is a backport of the latest cataclysm version of TellMeWhen to work with the WotLK client.

TellMeWhen had very basic functionality when originally released in WotLK, as many of you are experiencing now. Subsequent releases for later expansions introduced more types of icons, a powerful condition and event system, an ability suggester, and a robust editor frame. TellMeWhen is considered by some to rival WeakAuras, providing a simpler and more user-friendly way to setup event and ability trackers.

It took me 3 weeks to backport this with several hours of frustration involving xml frames, converting cata abilities to wotlk equivalents, and making sure profile importing/exporting works.

Note that the goal of this project was to provide a modern version of TellMeWhen to the 3.3.5 community via backport, I will not go above the scope of the project by implementing any additional new features. I will only be fixing bugs (which you can report via DM or the gitlab issue tracker)

Installation:
1. Delete the old 3.3.5 version of TellMeWhen from your AddOns directory if you have it
2. Download the latest release from gitlab or use the direct download link above, and extract into your AddOns directory
3. Login to your character and make sure TellMeWhen and TellMeWhen Options are enabled in your AddOns panel
4. Your old TellMeWhen settings should automatically upgrade to be compatible with the backport when you login
5. Toggle TellMeWhen's configuration with the command /tmw

Enjoy your modern version of TellMeWhen.
