Heirloom enchant

Hey guys, im wondering if there is a shoulder heirloom enchant that doesnt have a lvl restriction? basically for heirlooms since lvl1

Don't think there are any. Enchants that could be added by a higher level character would make the item in question soulbound.

I *think* what happens is that the enchant is there but it doesn't work until you reach the required level. Equally useless anyway.

Ye, I know...I know for example that the inscription specific shoulder enchants make the heirloom shoulders unusable by other chars. But I think I saw somewhere long time ago someone with something like +4 to all stats, idk where its coming from though or if its just my imagination

Its in your imagination.

There are a few low level enchants you can use on them e.g. the argent dawn ones. But all of those enchants make the shoulders soulbound.
