WotLK Please help me my ivory raptor dissappeared by change faction on account service

Hello. GMs I need your help.

Today at 0:30 27 July 2022 I change fraction on my priest Deniispriest priest on Blackrock server, I had Ivory raptor on this character since 2012. And after change race from night elf to undead my Ivory raptor disappeared. It is my favourite mount. Please sent me him on mail.
I changed race to night elf and no ivory raptor. Give me him back, I love him!! :)

Help me, please.

Old thread, I know, but if nobody answered this it is because the raptor is a Horde-only mount. When you faction changed, it became the Ancient Frostsaber which is the Alliance (Night Elf) equivalent of the Horde mount. Hope that helps!
