RHC only lets me play 1 and same dungeon

I queue for RHC and I get ank old kingdom, then after finishing it I wque again for RHC and play the same dungeon for 4 times. This I bugged ofcourse but does anyone know what causing this and how to fix it? I have to wie for specific dungeon so I don't get extra emblems form doing RHC which is annoying....

I get to play 2-3 different but only rotates between these. Impossible to gear up...

If you manually formed a group and cleared a heroic, then RHC will only send you to that same dungeon.

Anyone knows how to fix this? Im so ****ing sick of azjol-nerub right now.....
