I've been looking for some months already this Cooking recipe: Stormchops

There is a low chance to be granted after the TBC daily Cooking quest.

I am just wondering if it actually is granted here.

I've been loosing my faith lately and also I realized that the recipe is being sold by donation coins, so I thought maybe to receive it as a quest reward was deactivated.

Any leads would be appreciated.

I got this recipe a few days ago from Small Spice Bag on Onyxia
