Arena teams

When will we see a change too the arena team system? something like personal rating so this whole issue of dropping a team youve progressed on too join another persons so you can q etc, this system is very limiting.

Actually right now it seems like you keep the personal rating you previously had in the team before leaving it to join another. I've been jumping between two teams right now on seasonal Blackrock to complete 3v3 quest every day and I'm keeping the personal rating in both teams when I re-join after leaving. Very nice change.
