Sea Turtle Mount and Fishing Dailies

Was all excited to get going on some Fishing Dailies from Marcia in Dala only to realize that they are not yet available with this phase of WOTLK.

Soooo, before I spend any more of my time in these pools around Northrend I should find out if this mount is even available yet in this phase.

Does anyone know if the Sea Turtle Mount is available in this phase of Wrath? Or did I just spend 22 hours of fishing in pools around Camp Winterhoof and in the Grizzly Hills purely for the thrill of fishin?

Says not available till 3.1. So that would be next phase sorry.
