Yesterday I bought a character re-customization for 10 coins with no refund option. It said I had to make the changes on the game's homepage, which I did. The problem is that it says "cannot be customized." I thought it was because of the name, but it's not. because you need premium account to be able to use the website ticket system . otherwise you will have to open in-game ticket or contact [email protected] .
IDK how you did get 10 coins with non-premium account, maybe you mean 10 vote points or you got them as gift (which warmane doesn't provide assistance for anything related to vote points)

No, some modified patches can be buggy or outdated, and that can cause issues such as character recustomization not working properly.
try the following possible solutions:
- keep changing hairstyles until one of them works. It doesn’t really matter which one you pick since you can always visit a barber shop later and change it.
- re-download the game client from the official source: https://www.warmane.com/download
- contact the Warmane staff team, as they are the only ones with access to modify in-game accounts. you can reach them by contacting [email protected] or by submitting an in-game ticket.
