I'd just like to know, same for blackrock, when will we have info about items from Nax/Eoe/OS/Darkmoon faire etc... releasing on store ?
Some of us really don't like the pve part of the game as Nax is extremely boring in it's current state and are just waiting for the store to be released.
Any ETA on this matter please ?
You mean in tbc they never released items from the current raid available? I thought it would be like they did on their last wotlk progressive servers where they released the store pretty quickly...
This is so wrong, i got it in my history of purchase : Betrayer and Card back when ulduar wasn't released. Please stop spreading misinformation as you clearly don't know what you're talking about. At the very least don't use "never".
"The Store on Onyxia is generally only updated once enough instances of an item have been obtained by players in-game."
The above is from a question I had to support on this topic. What "enough instances" means is not defined.
Though it doesn't read to me that we will have to wait until Ulduar to get Naxx items (which would be kinda pointless).
Also, it would be in their monetary interest to release the store before Ulduar.
I for example am ready to drop a decent chunk of change on items from the store, as I'm sure are many others.
Bosses drop more loot than in TBC, several items can drop from multiple bosses and there are fewer "must have, way above the rest" items. Nearly every BiS items has more than 1 item that's very close.
Naxx is also very pug-able. The treshold they speak of would be met very early in this phase probably.
What im saying is, in this phase they can probably release the items quite early and it wont have much impact.
I just dont understand why they dont have a fixed period for it. Like, release items 3 weeks before phase is over, on every phase. Then there is no confusion for anyone. Right now it's always different and since vanilla each phase people are starting threads "items in shop when"
It's almost like we prefer people playing the game instead of relying on buying everything with Coins, and if there were exact dates there would be people who are playing now that would instead just wait for a specific time.

This isn't Frostmourne. This is Onyxia. The realm has been running for the past two years. The store on Onyxia has served as a catch up mechanic. Meaning Molten Core items went up after Blackwing Lair was released. And T5 loot was posted after T6 raids were released etc etc. That's just how it has always worked on Onyxia.
Could you tell us if you plan to keep the same store schedule as vanilla/tbc content, which means releasing T7 items after T8 release? Or if you're going to do it like Frostmourne and release items once they've been acquired by enough players?

Don't know why they'd change it after two years.
To be like Frostmourne? Onyxia is its own different experience, not Frostmourne IV.
Both Onyxia right now and Frostmourne back then are/were a Wotlk progressive realm. We're not in Tbc anymore, you can get your bis (or almost bis) gear a lot faster, that's why items should release at a different pace now, which is closer to how it was on Frostmourne.
vekt is right. If you summarize what support says if you ask them, that "when enough instances of an item are obtained by players" it's released to the store, and that it's easier to obtain instances of items in WOTLK than it is in Vanilla or TBC, the conclusion is that the items should become available sooner in WOTLK than they did in Vanilla or TBC.
