when u write ticket in game or website the staff member that answer 99percent of the time doesnt read what player said in ticket its.really something that makes u sad and everyone u talk to in game agree i never met anyone who said they had positive experience with gm in ticket.response always copy pasted template answer,never ever gm open chat with player to talk about problem they having.its like staff dont talk to each other always misunderstanding from not reading or other reason not wanr to understand what player need help with.
its rly too bad bcause this is suppose to be best wotlk private sever out there.pls train ur staff better to help player more than copy paste response in ticket not reading ticket properly.
my favorite I have seen so far was a "you can ignore the player" copy-paste when someone reported a bug about ragnaros. or posting imgur/youtube links and the view counter not having raised after getting a ticket response.
I understand that it takes a lot of time to read every ticket in detail, but I also feel like there wouldnt be this many tickets to answer, if people didnt feel unheard and re-opened tickets 8 times to once get a response that actually helps.
one thing I personally really wish for was if the "need more help" button assigned you the same gm, who answered your first ticket. I have had more complex tickets, where I needed to write a follow-up and that one always going to a new gm, who has no context feels like a waste of time for both sides, espacially with the word limit not allowing to give the necessary context, so you often end up running in circles.
that would also motivate gms to actually read tickets and respond in a way that doesnt require follow-up, for those cases that cannot be covered by a simple "ignore the player.." "visit the bug tracker.." "we will investigate the mentioned player..."
I had a very positive experience yesterday where my issue was addressed, I was provided with feedback in due time (they are busy after all), and the case was closed satisfactory.
I've been reporting a team for two months that's been Wintrading the Arena rating, and I always get the same response. Time goes by, players are getting PvP gear dishonestly, and there are no bans. I even made a video of the Arena where it's obvious it's Wintrading, and I always get the same response that they'll deal with the violation.
Honestly, I'm sick of this. Why do you write server rules if you ignore them?
Assign PvP GMs to servers who care about what's going on in the Arena.
