Technical Got locked out of e-mail and cant sign into main account

So over a week ago I was locked out of the email that I use for my main account and I am still unable to login to that email, I have tried the account recovery and every option I could find to get back into that email and haven't had any success. My internet provider uses a dynamic IP address and I have to authenticate through my e-mail pretty much every time I log in and because of that I haven't been able to play on my main account. I don't have much hope for getting back into my email at this point and was wondering what I can do to get my main warmane account back. Is there anybody that can help me with this?

- Character information
- General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"

So about 2 days after i was locked out of my email i did send an email to [email protected] with all of my account information and they responded and told me "As this account has recently authenticated successfully via the email used when the account was registered, no email changes can be offered". Is there a certain amount of time my account has to be inactive until they can help me?
