WotLK Transmog Questions

[Symptom]

So I need to know the following:

If I am a cloth wearer, can I transmog to anything but cloth??

If I am using a sword must I transmog with another sword??

So the basic rules of transmog would be appreciated. Or a link to them.

transmog rules :
cloth to cloth
leather to leather
mail to mail
plate to plate
you can transmog swords to sword , BUT must be same , for exemple one handed => one handed / two handed => two handed
you can't transmog a two handed sword on a one-handed.
