WotLK Old account reclaim

Good day.

I have a very old account from the days of molten. I know the account name and password. I even know the account email. problem is. I dont have access to the email account because the provider shut down. So now I cannot receive auth codes. I Also have more or less an idea of the characters on that account aswel. What can I do?

Someone I know had something similar. He e-mailed [email protected] and asked for help. He got his account back this way.
