Technical Closed server and lost caracters

Dear Warmane Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally inquire about the status of my characters following the shutdown of the Frostwolf server. I recently returned to the game after a period of absence and was surprised to discover that the server is no longer available. Unfortunately, all of my characters were located on that realm, and I no longer have access to them.

Over time, I invested a considerable amount of effort and dedication into developing these characters. As such, it is quite disheartening to find that they may have been lost.

I would sincerely appreciate any information you can provide regarding what occurred with Frostwolf characters, and whether there are any options available for recovery, transfer to another server, or any form of compensation.

I fully understand that there may be policies or limitations in place; however, I would be grateful for any assistance or guidance you may be able to offer in this matter.
