getting disconected after 5-10 mins of gameplay

i just created my character after trying the game like a year ago on my laptop and forgeting i installed it there, i get ingame and after a 5-10 mins i got disconected with no error and no idea what happened. I though i was just siting still for long time so i tried again, same deal.

I have not installed mods or anything at all but i did download the client from another website as this one does not even let me chose the client download option or expansion.

if there is anything missing do let me know as i have not used the forum ever.
